About me
I am an HCPC registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist and I have worked in a broad range of settings within the NHS, third sector, higher education and private practice.
Therapeutic models I offer include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
My primary way of working is integrative meaning I use a combination of approaches to best suit each unique individual I work with in order to best help them reach their goals.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist as well as a Londoner from a multi-lingual, mixed heritage background and believe strongly in the importance of culturally informed, inclusive practice across the board.
I have a particular interest in the fields of addiction and developmental trauma and have focused on these areas in both my research and clinical practice.
I offer an empathic and non-judgmental space and I am passionate about helping people build emotional resilience and raise self-awareness to allow them to reconnect to their values and sense of purpose.
